Where's my expert? helps you find a builder, lawyer, gestoría, cleaner, air conditioning or solar installer or gardener on the Costa del Sol who speaks your language, works in your area and has a good reputation. It's free, you don't need to sign up, and you contact the business directly.
Find the right expert in three steps
- Tell us what you need. Choose the trade, the town and the language you want to speak.
- Compare. See the businesses that work in the area side by side: Google rating and number of reviews, years in business, team size and the services they offer.
- Get in touch. Open the business's profile or go straight to its website. You deal directly with the business. We don't sit in between and we don't charge you anything.
Experts who speak your language
Explaining what you want done to your home, or understanding a contract, is much easier in your own language. We count English when the business has its website in English. For other languages, we only say a business speaks it when a named person there speaks it or the business says so itself. A website that is merely translated into, say, German doesn't count.
Which businesses are listed
- Local businesses with their own website that offer the service to home owners. Self-employed people who work alone are included and marked as such.
- A Google rating of 4.0 or higher, when the business has a rating.
- Directories, marketplaces and businesses that only work elsewhere are not included.
Up-to-date facts
The facts come from each business's own website and from Google. We check every business again regularly, so closed businesses disappear and new ones are added. Businesses can't pay to change what their profile says.
Something wrong?
If you spot a mistake, use "Something wrong here?" on the business's profile and we'll check it against the business's website.
