Where's my expert? is a free directory of local businesses on the Costa del Sol. We keep the personal data we handle to a minimum, and this page explains what that is.
Visitors
- You don't need an account, and we don't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.
- The web server briefly logs technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the pages and protect the site. These logs are kept for a short time only and are not used to identify you.
- Links to businesses' websites and to Google reviews open those sites, which have their own privacy policies.
Businesses
We list, sort and filter businesses using public business information, together with their rating on Google: trading name, office address, languages, areas, services, professional memberships and similar facts. We don't show names of individual staff members. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in helping people find and compare local businesses, and the businesses' interest in being found.
Some businesses are run by one self-employed person, so their business name may also be a person's name. We only show what they publish themselves on their own website.
If your business is listed and you want something corrected or removed, contact us through the email address below.
